Winter Flu Vaccinations

We are taking appointments for our annual Flu Vaccinations. These clinics will be running every Saturday from 26th September, throughout October and November. These appointments are for the "Over 65s" PLUS anyone Under 65 who has a long term health condition; chronic (long-term) respiratory diseases, such as asthma (that requires an inhaled or tablet steroid treatment, or has led to hospital admission in the past), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema or bronchitis, chronic heart disease, such as heart failure, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, such as hepatitis, chronic neurological conditions, such as Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), or cerebral palsy, a learning disability, diabetes, problems with your spleen – for example, sickle cell disease or if you have had your spleen removed, a weakened immune system as the result of conditions such as HIV and AIDS, or medicines such as steroid tablets or chemotherapy & those who are seriously overweight (a BMI of 40 or above).
