TRANSFORMING CARE FOR THE OLDER PERSON
At Ramsbury Surgery, we offer extended appointments (by invitation only) for any patient over 65 years old who has a Long Term Condition and is on Repeat Medication. The appointment lasts for one hour and is divided into a Nurse Practitioner review and a GP review covering all your medical and social needs.
