New classes at Ramsbury Surgery


TUESDAYS - 0930 - 1030.  60 minute General Yoga class for all levels. 

Classes are suitable for all and will incorporate movement with the breath as well as holding poses. There will be stretching, breath focus and relaxation to strengthen the body, reduce tension and stress.

Pregnancy Yoga

WEDNESDAYS - 1900 - 2000. Preparing for the arrival of your baby, with a focus on core and pelvic floor.

Pilates (online via Zoom)

Monday evenings 

Pilates is a form of exercise that is based around creating a stable core by activating deep abdominal and spinal muscles.  The exercises encourage good posture, alignment and balance.  Pilates helps you to regain correct movement patterns after injury and leads to improvements in mobility, strength and flexibility.  Exercises are graded to suit all levels of capability and it is a safe and effective form of exercise for those suffering from joint and muscle pain.

Debbie Simpson - Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates Instructor.  

Debbie works as a clinical physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal conditions and has 15 years experience teaching pilates at all levels.
